Congratulations to the newest LNA graduates!
At Cedarcrest, we believe that compassionate care begins with dedicated people — we are thrilled to celebrate six incredible individuals who have completed our Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) training program!
Throughout the program, these graduates demonstrated unwavering commitment, empathy, and teamwork. From classroom learning to hands-on experience, they embraced every challenge with enthusiasm and heart. Their determination to grow, learn, and care deeply for others is an inspiration to all of us at Cedarcrest.
As President & CEO Jay Hayston shared, “LNA’s are the heart and hands of Cedarcrest’s mission.” This sentiment beautifully captures the vital role our LNAs play in supporting the children and young adults who call Cedarcrest home. They provide not only skilled care but also kindness, encouragement, and joy each and every day.
We are proud to announce that all six graduates will be joining the Cedarcrest team! Their transition from students to colleagues marks an exciting new chapter — one that strengthens our community and ensures that the children we serve continue to receive the highest quality of care.
Please join us in congratulating our newest LNAs! Their dedication and compassion reflect the very best of Cedarcrest’s mission, and we cannot wait to see the positive impact they will make in the lives of our residents and families.
A special thank you to our incredible team who makes this program possible including our great partner River Valley Community College.
